The staff here at the Accent Home pride ourselves on our tradition of individual, personalized and professional funeral service. We believe that every family is special and that no two family’s needs are identical. Below is a sampling of some of our services. We are able to provide many alternative options and packages to accommodate each family’s personalized needs. A full detailed and complete General Price List is available upon request. We include, in all our services, notification to social security with form preparation and notification to insurance companies and veterans administration, benefits and gravestone applications, if applicable. We will help you write the obituary and forward it to the newspapers you choose, once you have approved the obituary, make arrangements for clergyperson and musician (if desired), make arrangements for the purchase, opening and closing of a cemetery lot, coordinate full military burial honors, if requested and follow up after care.
 

The Funeral Service
(Traditional or Contemporary)
This service includes viewing hours, a gathering of family and friends for a tribute ceremony held at the funeral home or church, the presence of an opened or closed casket, and an order of service followed by burial or cremation. Family members may choose to participate in the personalization of this service.

A Graveside Service
This is a service of remembrance held at the grave or columbarium in the cemetery with the presence of the casket or urn. Viewing hours are always an option at the funeral home.
 

A Memorial Service
This service, gathering or memorial reception can be a simplified version of a traditional service or it may be personally designed by the family to meet their specific needs. It is usually held at one of our chapels, our gathering center or a location of your choice. The casket is usually not there, but an urn may be present along with photographs and other memorabilia. Our video and sound equipment is available to enhance this experience.

Cremation Services
Accent Funeral Homes offer a variety of cremation choices with or without a viewing, tribute, gathering, ceremony or memorial service.
