Although no words can really help to ease the loss, just know that you are very close in my thoughts and prayers. I was so blessed to come see you all earlier in July, and spending time with the Schan Family always made me feel like I was home. Let the peace that comes from the memories of love, comfort you now and in the days ahead.

Over the past 35 years I was fortunate enough to get to know Patsy. She was my best friend's mom and always made me feel like part of the family. She was quick to smile and offer a friendly laugh. I know she's in a better place now, but, like so many others, I will miss her.

Pat, I am so sorry to hear of Patsy's death. I was her class-mate through at least 6 years of school at Minot Model. I remember her as a happy fun person, and those of us who were at Model reunion just a month ago recalled her and wondered about what she was doing........we wished she had joined us, not knowing that she was not well. Sincere sympathy to you and your family.

We regret the loss Pat and David have experienced. Patsy was a positive, assertive, organized and exciting person to be around. She was the model of strength always giving off strong positive feelings. She has left a void that can't be filled. Patsy, it was a pleasure being a small part of your life.
