Kimberly Lorraine (Bobo) Pentland, age 32 of Kuna, passed away on July 27th at home with family members by her side after a long battle with cancer.  There will be a viewing and Vigil Sunday, August 1st at 7:00 p.m. at Risen Christ Catholic Church 11511 Lake Hazel Rd, Boise and a Mass of Christian Burial Monday, August 2nd at 10:00 a.m. at Risen Christ immediately followed by a graveside service at Kuna Cemetery.  Following the graveside service join the family for a reception at Risen Christ.  Condolences may be left for the family online at www.AccentFuneral.com  Services are under the direction of Accent Funeral Home, Meridian. Kimberly PentlandKim was born on August 22, 1977 in Canon City, Colorado to Patrick & Diane (Noel) Bobo. She was the oldest of four children and grew up in a military family that moved every few years so she had many childhood homes and many friends scattered across the country.  Being the oldest child, she was always such a help to her three brothers growing up.  She was born to be a mother and took to it so naturally.

Her last military "home" was Mountain Home AFB.  She graduated from Mountain Home High School in 1995.  She married the love of her life, Donald (Donnie) L. Pentland, Jr. on August 12, 1995 in Mt Home and shortly after, relocated to Kuna to begin their lives together.

Kim lived life to the fullest and dearly loved her family.  She home schooled her two children, Aurora Jade, 13 and Justis Stone, 11 and ensured they received a well rounded and varied education.  She loved to scrap book on Saturday nights with her dear friend Danielle while their children played together.  She belonged to a LIFTID (Ladies In Faith Together, Idaho) group and met each Friday to praise God.

Survivors include her husband Donnie, daughter Aurora and son Justis of Kuna, parents Patrick and Diane Bobo of Anchorage, Alaska, brothers: Erik (Lil), Nick and Tyler (Sarrina) Bobo all of Alaska, father-in-law Donald Pentland, Sr. and mother-in-law Connie Pentland both of Mt Home and many other aunts, uncles and cousins throughout the country.  She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Lloyd and Helen Bobo and maternal grandparents, Max and Aileen Noel.

Special thanks to the staff on Four South at St Lukes Hospital in Boise, the CCU at St Lukes Meridian and to the many Hospice nurses and staff.  A memorial fund has been set up to help Kim's family with medical bills and funeral expenses.  Donations may be made to any Home Federal Bank or mailed to the branch at 55 E. Franklin Rd, Meridian, Idaho 83642.
